At Sysnet Cleaner, the customer experience comes first. These principles explain how our software behaves, what it does (and doesn’t do), and the standards we follow to keep things transparent, safe, and respectful of user choice.
· We never force a download or install. You must actively choose to download and install Sysnet Cleaner.
· We do not bundle third-party software without clear, prior consent.
· If any optional component is offered, it will be clearly labeled as optional with an explicit opt-in.
· Sysnet Cleaner is an independent product; names and trademarks of other companies are used for reference only, with no implied affiliation or endorsement.
Sysnet Cleaner is designed to help you safely:
· Remove temporary files, caches, and other non-essential data.
· Review startup items and large/unused apps (with clear explanations and user control).
· Identify common stability and housekeeping issues that may affect performance.
We do not:
· Change system settings without your clear consent.
· Install additional software, toolbars, or extensions.
· Use “scare tactics” or inflate issue counts to pressure a purchase.
· Claim guaranteed speed increases—results vary by device, workload, and configuration.
· Every action (cleaning, disabling a startup item, etc.) is user-initiated and reversible where possible.
· Potentially sensitive actions show a prompt explaining what will change and why.
· One-click actions summarize what will happen before you confirm.
· You can uninstall Sysnet Cleaner anytime via Windows “Apps & Features” (or equivalent Control Panel entry).
· We leave no blocking processes that prevent removal and no fees or extra steps to uninstall.
· A help article with step-by-step uninstall instructions is linked from our Support page.
· Sysnet Cleaner does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you provide it (e.g., contacting support or creating an account).
· To operate reliably, the app may collect non-PII device telemetry (e.g., OS version, hardware profile, app version, error logs) strictly to:
o diagnose issues,
o improve compatibility, and
o deliver relevant cleaning recommendations.
· Aggregated telemetry is stored securely and used to improve detection quality over time.
· Full details, including your choices and rights, are in our Privacy Policy.
· Trial limitations and paid features are communicated up front inside the app and on our website.
· Subscription terms (billing cycle, renewal, cancellation windows) are clearly stated at checkout and in the Terms of Use.
· Our Refund Policy explains eligibility and timelines—please review it before purchase.
· Cleaning rules are built to avoid core OS files.
· Categories are explained in plain language so you can make informed choices.
· When in doubt, the app recommends a review instead of automatic removal.
· We regularly update definitions and logic to reflect new OS builds and application behaviors.
· We never claim to “fix everything automatically” or “guarantee speed boosts.”
· Benchmarks, if shown, are from controlled tests and may not represent your device.
· Marketing and in-product messages are reviewed to avoid exaggeration or confusion.
· We sign our installers and updates.
· Updates are delivered over secure channels.
· We follow least-privilege principles—elevated permissions are requested only when necessary for a selected action.
· References to Windows, browser vendors, or other brands are for identification only.
· We do not portray these companies as partners unless a formal partnership is in place and disclosed.
· Friendly support is available via our Support page/contact form during posted business hours.
· We aim to provide clear, human responses and keep a public knowledge base with guides for install, use, and uninstall.
· If we materially change how Sysnet Cleaner operates or collects data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify users in-app or via email.
